Term and Condition
A US$500 DEPOSIT (Non-Refundable) PER PERSON MUST BE ENCLOSED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM, IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RESERVATION LATEST BY MARCH 30, 2018. WITHOUT THE FORM IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. Please send your payment and form to the above mentioned offices.
FINAL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 15, 2018. ALL BANK CHARGES WILL BE BORNED BY YOU
ANY RESERVATIONS AFTER THAT WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND AN ADDITIONAL LATE FEE OF US$300.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY
- Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
- Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE TRIP PACKAGE: air ticket, please make you own travel arrangement. You will be responsible for: valet services, phone calls, room service, dry cleaning, internet, travel and baggage insurance. Passports and visa fees. unless mentioned in the package.
DOCUMENTATION: YOU MUST PROVIDE A VALID PASSPORT FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE FOR ISRAEL.
VISA has to taken care by individual unless for group visa of minimum of 10 pax if needed will be done upon request. For group visa to contact info@jesusministries.org by 30 March 2018.
RESPONSIBILITY: JESUS MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL acts only as agents for the various companies whose accommodations are made available for this trip, and assumes no responsibilities or liability in connection with the services of any motor coach/ train/ or self driven car, aircraft or other conveyance which is used, either wholly or in part, in the performance of its duty to the passenger. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour if circumstance demands it. All arrangements for accommodation and tour are made by the trip operators / and its agents, not Jesus Ministries.
